Cami, you need to let people know that there is no way to get in touch with the owner, Hoyt Stephenson. Visit the company website and there is no Contact page. Hoyt owns many clubs around the country and they have different names. In Georgia his clubs are called Fitness Just 4 u. I belong to the club in Sandy Springs, Ga., and they just now are closing the gym on Sundays. They sold a whole bunch of memberships at cheap prices and now are closing on Sundays with no prior warning. And, our gym in Sandy Springs if filthy. I would warn people about joining one of Hoyt's clubs. If I were Hoyt's PR person, I'd recommend that he take time to listen to his customers. None of us want the gym closed on Sundays. Hoyt ought to have a page on his website where customers can contact him if there is a problem. There is no customer service at his club.
